Lynnhaven Colony first Oktoberfest & Chili Cookoff. Join your neighbors for a fun afternoon and to celebrate all things Fall including Oktoberfest and Chili!!! Neighbors who wish to join the cookoff, pleae bring your best chili, we will vote on the best one. Games & prizes. BYOB!!
